The Return of the Who Dat Insurgence

That’s right kids. Today is Game #1 of the 2007-2008 Football Season. Saints at Colts.
This morning, in the wee hours of oh-dark-thirty, a woman rode by where I sat on the levee. She looked like the typical bike nerd on the levee riding at that ungodly hour. Road bike, helmet, lycra team kit, Saints’ #9 […]

The Saints’ new 12th man, #4 POPCORN TIME!

This should be about Alaska but…

I haven’t gotten around to that. So in lieu, three things:
Congrats to Mikey, whose team will compete in the DARPA Grand Challenge with two new friends/hashers of mine, Just Matt and and Just Aaron. Go Team Gray!
Tomorrow is the Red Dress Run.
Secondly, tonight is the first Saints home game of the season! Who Dat!, Bitches!

Thanks

I’d like to go ahead and that the New Orleans Saints for their 2006-2007 Season.
Sure, It didn’t go as far as we’d have liked it to go, but we went farther than anyone expected.
Thank you, Saints, for giving us our Sunday back. Thank you for giving us something positive to talk about. Thank you […]

9th homegame’s a charm

Vertical stripes of #000000 and #FFFFFF

This Saturday, I again don my black and white vertical stripes. However, instead of a “custom jersey” (ie, fat sharpie lines drawn down my arms) circa the 2005 Shot Olympics, it will be a real jersey.
That’s right kids, the one and only (and registered) Col. Panic™ will be a referee for the Big Easy […]

I’m sorry, I didn’t hear you. Who Dat?

Wow. A 42-17 victory over Dallas last night.
Ladies, and gentlemen, football was not shown on NBC last night, but instead a special airing of Brokeback Mountain. Them Cowboys got fucked.
Anyways, tomorrow I buy my playoff tickets and my season tickets for next year.
