The letter was mailed Sept. 16th. You know, when nobody was allowed in the city, because it was all underwater, and toxic and everything.
Tomorrow, I talk to my lawyer, and the rental management people.
Immorality such as this should be illegal.

Well, no, it wasn’t Ethel Kidd behind the madness.
It was the owners.
If anything, since they have taken control of the management of the property, shit has gotten done.
That too, relies upon the owners.
