They’re off to find the hero of the day…

It’s August in New Orleans.
It is currently warmer in my apartment than it is outside (80°).
I have shutdown most of my development servers, my workstation, and even my switch.
Running on absolute minimum hardware. I feel nekkid.
Luckily, the ever-awesome A/C man is due to arrive and alleviate said problem.
The plumber has already been here, and has […]

World of Warcrack

( Geekery )

Now, I’ve never played this game. Never was one who was much for RPGs.
Well, there was Legend of Zelda and LoZ:A Link to the Past, but other than that, not so much.
And for the record, LoZ II: The Adventure of Link sucked balls.
I’m sorry. I’m a dork, geek, nerd, etc., but I’m no mutant.

Set the value […]

Aug 29-31: Working at/on our Houston office.
All this on top of day job (well, Houston is day-job stuff) and side-work.
no long rides for me […]

If there’s one thing you can say about mankind

… There’s nothing kind about man.
i awoke this morning, wondering if it was raining, or if we were being bombed.
the heavens seemed to just open up and unleash all it had upon the french quarter. rarely have i seen/heard such a display. it was quite amazing.
the thunder still rolls as i type this, drying off […]

The Man in Black fled across the desert …

… and the MooCow™ followed.
MooCow™ is a 12 year old girl, and fortunate enough to grow up in a bike shop.
She and her sister have been getting the unfiltered slice of life for as long as they can remember.
ive only known her for two years or so, but she seems like a little sister […]
