Shimano Deore XT. Hollowtech. Octalink Bottom Bracket. And what? Uh.
Installed today, with assistance from the Arms of Tim™.

I have a road bike but I’m still a little clueless on what makes some parts better than others. What makes these cranks pimp-ass, compared with say, the FSA cranks that came on my Fuji, or your old cranks?
